DESCRIPTION: Briarwood - Produced on English bull hides averaging approximately 50 sq ft and processed through a series of finishing operations to incorporate both wax and oil to provide a unique feel and pull up. The wormy chestnut embossing is done under extreme pressure to add polish to the finish. The luxurious soft hand and rich pull up effect showcase all the natural features of Briarwood. It is a full grain leather. You will see natural color variations from hide to hide and even within the hide depending upon how the fiber structure accepts the wax and oil. Overtime this unique tannage will polish and burnish with wear thus improving the patina and overall appearance of the Briarwood leather.
